Better design.
Better experiences.

As an Art Director and UX/UI designer, I’m most excited when I have the opportunity to leverage both skill sets. My objective is to create compelling, intuitive designs and experiences that deliver on your business goals. As a multi-disciplinary designer, I bring both my art direction skills (concepting, branding, design, advertising) and UX skills (research, prototyping, user interaction design) to every project.

01/ Services

ART DIRECTION

Art direct and set the visual tone for all visual aspects of campaigns for B2B and B2C clients. My design experience includes branding and identity, product packaging, and multichannel campaigns – event, television, web, social media, and direct mail.

USER RESEARCH

Understand user behavior, motivations, perceptions, and needs through observation techniques, usability testing, interviews, and card-sorts to inform information architecture.

PROTOTYPING

Ideate, prototype, and test Lo-Fi simulations to quickly understand how a product works, what it does, and how a user interacts with it.

WEB & MOBILE DESIGN

Design the final product ensuring seamless user flows and designs across platforms. After hand-off to developers, I oversee the implementation and rollout of the final product.

INTERACTION DESIGN

Provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users, with design focused on how information is presented to, and consumed by users.

DESIGN STRATEGY

Align creative solutions with business objectives to provide a solution-based approach to solving customer experience and engagement problems.

03/ Client Comments

"We hired Hayley to help us redesign a web-based application that was in serious need of a new look and feel. With limited guidance from us, Hayley was able to understand our requirements and deliver a great UI experience for our customers. My entire team was impressed with her collaborative work style and her responsiveness to our delivery schedule."
